Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities and Requirements:I>
  • Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 40+ full and part-time associates.
  • Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise.
  • Oversee and monitor shrink reduction plans.
  • Manage the daily activity of the sales floor.
  • Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
    		•
  • Two plus years experience in retail management, merchandise, fashion, apparel, big box, speciality, soft-lines experience a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing retail stores with volumes of three million dollars or more.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, human resources and shrink reduction plans.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
