Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Job Description: SGI is expanding its indirect sales team and looking for a
proven leader for commercial channel business development.

This business leader will be responsible for driving sales
with commercial resellers for SGI. Strong executive level
business management and channel sales skills are
essential. A successful candidate will have demonstrated
experience recruiting new resellers and enabling existing
resellers in a high technology, server and storage
company. This manager is responsible for business
planning and sales execution with reseller partners and
driving collaboration between SGI field sales and channel
partners. Success will be measured by quarter-on-quarter
and year-on-year partner growth as well as successful
strategic recruitment of target resellers.

SGIs business environment is fast-paced and
entrepreneurial. To be successful, candidate must excel
within a cross-functional team environment.

Located at SGI headquarters in Fremont California. Local
and domestic travel up to 50%.

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in a related field is required, MBA
strongly preferred. Miminum 10 years business management
experience with significant leadership role(s) driving
channel or distribution business in the high technology
market.
