Collaborates as a member of the Child and Family Team to address the family needs, advocating for stabilizing services, and connecting the family to community resources. Works in conjunction with community providers to assist families in meeting goals. Work hours will be determined by the needs of the families. Requirements Experience working in the mental health field with SED children and families preferred. Must be able to work as a team and independently.
