Title Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Manager

Description This key position is responsible for managing the overall compensation and benefits function and will provide guidance for the strategic direction of the organization’s compensation philosophy and benefit programs to ensure that it supports the organization’s business objectives. This person will also manage and maintain the HRIS system.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Responsible for making recommendations for merit/equity increases; overseeing the annual performance review, base salary increase and bonus programs; managing the grading and market pricing of positions; and ensuring appropriate position audits to maintain compliance with FLSA requirements.
2. Responsible for the administering employee benefit plans, revamping existing programs, research and implement new benefit programs, oversee benefit administration, and analytically and technically support the delivery of the benefit programs
3. Manages the HRIS system and constructs management reports and analysis regarding EEO, Workers Compensation, turnover and timeliness of performance reviews. Will also make adjustments and upgrades to the HRIS system and work closely with payroll.
4. Manages compliance with all government reporting agencies.
5. Plays lead role in managing expat and international locations for employee compensation and benefits.
Requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus five years' professional-level compensation experience required. Benefits and HRIS experience a plus.
- Requires knowledge of compensation practices and principles.
- Thorough experience and knowledge at managing benefit programs.
- Knowledge of legislation affecting compensation and benefits, including FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA and FMLA.
- Experience managing an HRIS system.
- Excellent management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, team player.
- Experience managing staff.
- Has completed or completing CCP.
- Strong relationship management, consulting and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff.
- Exceptional client service skills.
