Description	As Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of multiple research projects such as custom designing complex studies, writing proposals, designing and writing questionnaires, writing reports for ease of comprehension and designing tab specifications. Will also be responsible for managing projects in field and oversee problem identification and resolution and analyzing data and developing reports and presentation of findings. May also be responsible for supervising and training staff.
Requirements	- B.A. and/or M.A. in related field and at least 3 years of market research experience with supplier or client company managing primary research - Knowledge of research techniques including product testing, concept testing, awareness, usage and attitudes testing, diagnostic copy testing and segmentation studies - Strong detail orientation - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to exercise judgment and initiative in the overall execution of project
