The Vice President, Account Management is responsible for business development to meet set financial goals and account management of custom marketing research projects. The Vice-President will source clients, develop proposals, design market research studies, and manage and direct the execution of the projects sold. Designs and writes questionnaires, writes reports for ease of comprehension and designs tab specifications. Forecasts and tracks marketing and sales trends, analyzes collected data and prepares reports and presentations. Uses data to create marketing campaigns. Reviews reports submitted by staff members. Prepares budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs. Negotiates and approves contracts and agreements on behalf of company and clients. Provides senior level guidance to project team and coordinates project management. The position involves managing projects in the field and overseeing problem identification and resolution. Responsible for managing costs and quality of market research projects. Directs human resource and staffing needs for projects. Identifies new business opportunities while continually cultivating and expanding existing relationships. Works with clients to solve complex business problems by providing high quality customized marketing research services. Supervises and trains professional staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Economics or related and at least 4 years of marketing or market research experience within a specialized industry or with a research supplier.
