They will be able to deliver effective and timely performance management, develop talent and succession plans within store and actively promote a culture of high performance in customer service and merchandise standards across the business. Requirements Successful candidates will have previous experience at Store Manager level or above, within a fast paced retail environment, preferably a Homeware retailer, and a proven track record of building up and driving a business forward. Competitor awareness, demonstrated through a track record of sound commercial decision making is essential, as is the ability to analyse and interpret financial information and written guidelines.
