Description Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

You would be required to perform the role of Duty Manager, supporting the Store Management in delivering the store activities according to best practice. You will motivate the team associates to achieve high standards and KPI targets, and take accountability for their training, coaching and development. Your drive and determination to meet goals and targets will help you maintain the smooth running of the store floor, ensuring that a high level of customer experience is maintained at all times.

As Duty Manager, you will, on occasion, be expected to open or close the store. You will also cover for the Deputy Manager in their absence, and have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the store. You will follow all operational and company health and safety procedures, to ensure compliance.

Requirements Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Previous supervisory / management experience within a retail environment
• Ambition and potential to develop within role, and/or to progress to support future business requirements
• Track record of delivering results with deadlines
• Commercial Awareness
• Computer literate
• Proven ability to manage through others
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
